GG Field Development Study
Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) is planning to develop the very shallow water GG field on the north coast of West Java, using a normally unmanned installation (NUI) with a pipeline to the existing Pertamina Balongan Refinery. Synergy was requested to perform the pre-Front End Engineering Design (pre-FEED) study for the GG Field development.
Synergy’s scope included liaison with reservoir in generating suitable production profiles, generating a plan for the extension of current onshore facilities (in PDMS), compressor, pipeline hydraulics, routing and analysis, structural design of the new GG platform, civil works of the onshore facilities, piping layouts, preliminary electrical design and instrumentation / controls, as well as telecommunications. In addition, cost estimate and schedule for each options were developed.
